During our brainstorming phase, we employed mind mapping, crazy 8s, 5 whys, and affinity mapping to identify challenges, generate ideas, and organize solutions for improving Reddit. Out of 30 ideas generated, 12 were selected and categorized into 'Needs,' 'Likes,' and 'Extras,' with 6 implemented.
Main focus was to make the user feel in control and find a place to belong.
